Why does he want to go to the Orlando Project?
I want to go to the Orlando Project because it was such a milestone in my own walk as a new believer. I've never spent a summer in a closer community growing so quickly towards Christ. I hope to be able to grow in understanding of who God is and the role he plays in my life as well as seeking to love and serve others so they can gain the same incredible experience I did my first two summers on project.
What is he hoping to learn this summer?
This summer I want to learn how to fully depend on God. It is so easy to fall into self dependence and forget how much God works in my life daily. Throughout the summer, I hope to cultivate a heart that is continually thankful and dependent on God's grace.
What is he most excited about for this summer?
I am so excited to meet everyone on project for this summer. The best feeling is at the end of the summer to reflect on the growth in all of the project participants' walks with Christ. Furthermore, the maturity and love that all of the participants experience due to the nature of the program and the faithfulness of God.
