TELL ME MORE ABOUT THESE TRAININGS...
One of the goals of the OP is to give each student the tools which will help them walk with God for the rest of their lives, whether that life is back to the college campus or beyond. In other words, the trainings you will receive on the OP aren't just for your time in Orlando. With this in mind, you will receive training on things such as living in community, how to study the Bible, how to talk about my faith, how to grow as a spiritual leader, and more.
WHERE WILL I LIVE?
WHERE WILL I WORK?
Most students have the opportunity to work at Universal Studios. Working will help you build relationships in order to share your faith, give you work experience and provide the finances for you to attend the Orlando Project. If you raise financial support for the project, you will still be required to work a full-time job.
HOW DO I PAY FOR OP?
You can raise money to cover the cost of Project. The specifics on how to raise money will be provided once you have been accepted. Also, you can use the money you earn from your job in Orlando. Depending on the job, you would use about 80% of the money you earn to cover the total expenses.
I NEED AN INTERNSHIP FOR MY MAJOR... WHAT SHOULD I DO?
We are excited about students growing and developing in your career path! Students desiring to attend the OP with an internship opportunity will need to meet with the Project Director for review and approval. All jobs must fit within the mission and schedule of the OP in order for the student to maximize their experience.
